Although I disagree with him about George Zimmerman "
racially" profiling Trayvon Martin, former NBA star Charles Barkley has some interesting very valid things to say about race relations in the U.S., and the Zimmerman verdict. He believes that the Zimmerman verdict was fair, per the evidence presented, though he faults him for "racially profiling" and for getting out of his car.
But he also discusses how racism is not exclusively a white thing.
"... when people talk about race, they always want to act like it's only white people who are racist, listen, there are black people who are racist also."
He also faults the media for exacerbating racial tensions.
